Classes are focused on the basics of Tae Kwon Do: Tenets of TKD (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control, Indomitable Spirit) Basic Kicks & Punches Coordination and Athleticism Group activities & Teamwork Self Confidence and Personal Growth 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm
  • TaeKwonDo Kids (6-12) 5:00 pm to 5:50 pm
  • TaeKwonDo Teens/Adults (13+) 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm
