Fitness Classes

 

 

High Intensity classes are intended for individuals of all fitness levels. Don’t be intimidated by “High Intensity”!  Interval training is designed so that everyone starts and finishes at the same time.  This gives us the ability to challenge the most elite level athlete, while giving beginners time to work on technique and movement modification.  Interval training is also intended for accelerating fat loss,  increasing muscular endurance, and improving cardiovascular conditioning.

Strength & Conditioning is an integral part of what we offer at Ship City Fitness.  Come in during any of these hours for semi private training, led by a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Follow your own individualized program, complete a WOD, or work on your skills at your own pace for max results.
