Branden McCoy was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Maine when he was 11years old.  He graduated from Morse High School in 2012 and earned a bachelors degree in Health Services Administration at Florida International University in 2016. He says  “I have always had a passion for fitness and the way the body works. Early on in High school, I decided that my dream was to own a Physical Therapy Clinic which focuses on athletes”.  Currently, Branden is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  He started training in Taekwondo when he was 11 years old and earned a black belt at 14. He has spent years studying and comparing many styles of martial arts including Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, Muay Thai, and Karate. His training not only led him to compete at a national level, where he earned several medals but also gave him the experience to instruct students of all ages. He spent many years, instructing students at Hall’s Martial Arts, training with and coaching the advanced competition team and working at several elementary schools teaching after school Taekwondo classes which focused on technique, discipline, and healthy living.
